How fast can we get custom team patches before our first game?
Tell us your first game or tournament date and we’ll confirm your in-hand date in writing, with a rush option when it’s tight. As a rule of thumb, ordering 6–8 weeks before opening day gives the most room; your photo proof usually lands within a few business days.
Can you match our exact team colors?
Yes. Send your Pantone or hex code, or just a photo of your jersey. We match your colors and send a photo of the real sample patch — not a digital mockup — so you confirm the color before we make the whole team’s.
Are there setup, digitizing or hidden fees?
No. No setup fees and no digitizing fees — the price you see in the configurator is your all-in price, and volume pricing applies automatically as your quantity grows.
What’s the minimum order? Can parents and fans order extra later?
The minimum is 10 pieces — easy to reach with players, coaches and parents who want their own for bags and jackets. We save your design, so parents, fans and new players can reorder the same patch anytime.
Iron-on, sew-on or Velcro — what’s best for sublimated jerseys?
For sublimated polyester jerseys we recommend sew-on or hook-and-loop — a hot iron can scorch the fabric and bleed color. Iron-on is fine for cotton warm-ups and tees (we suggest a few stitches too), and sew-on or PVC is best for bags and jackets.
How much does a team patch cost per player?
Price it instantly in the configurator by size, type and quantity. It’s an all-in per-piece price with no hidden fees, and it drops as the quantity grows — so you get a clear per-player number you can share with families.
Can you make sponsor, championship or memorial patches?
Yes to all three. Put a local sponsor on the sleeve to fund the season, get championship or tournament patches (name and year, rush available) after a title, or a quiet “In Memory Of” memorial patch. Same logo, same easy order.
Can you make the official Little League patch?
No — the official Little League emblem is licensed and comes from Little League itself. What we make for your team is everything else: custom team-logo patches, sponsor patches, all-star patches and championship patches. We don’t reproduce licensed league or tournament logos.
Do you make trading pins for tournaments?
Yes — custom enamel trading pins for Cooperstown, Nationals and travel tournaments, in your team’s design. Ask us and we’ll quote pins alongside your patches so it’s one order and one deadline.
Can we pay with a booster club check or get an invoice?
Yes. We can invoice your booster club, league or team account — just ask when you order, and we’ll set it up.
