What our customers say

Highly recommended

Third time ordering patches here. From the up-front question of whether a certain colour could be printed, through artwork checks and sample approval, to prompt delivery — I can only report good things. Prices and quality for rubber, embroidered and printed patches are very good.

Very satisfied

We ordered rubber patches for our work clothing and are very satisfied. Communication was smooth throughout, and questions about order status were answered quickly. Production took a little longer than first announced, but we weren't under time pressure. The quality won us over.

Personal, fast, high quality, great price

I've ordered patches here professionally in the past and the quality is great. The communication feels personal somehow, not mechanical. Value for money is excellent too.

The only thing I would feel better with…

The only thing I would feel better with if there was actually a phone number you could call, (not even in the impressum) or if in fact emails regarding colours and such would be answered. The product itself and the quality is great.

Chenille patches are the classic varsity look — thick, soft, fuzzy yarn looped into a raised, plush surface you know from letterman jackets and college sweaters. Big, bold and tactile, they turn a single letter or simple shape into a statement piece.

Best for: letters and numbers, team initials, school and college patches, letterman jackets, bold simple shapes and large logos with that retro varsity feel.

Not the right pick for: fine detail, small text, photos or intricate artwork. The fuzzy pile is thick and bold by nature — for detailed or small designs, embroidered or woven hold it far better.

Care: machine washable, inside out, cold. The chenille pile stays soft and full through years of wear.

Chenille runs big. Common sizes: single letters 3–5" tall · back patches 8–12" wide · jacket crest 4–6" wide.

Going small? Chenille needs room. Below about 3", the thick pile can't hold shape or detail cleanly — if you need something small, embroidered is the better pick.

Detail rule of thumb: chenille loves bold, chunky shapes and single letters. Thin lines, small text and fine detail don't translate into the fuzzy pile — keep it big and simple for the best look.

Maximum here: 23.5 in² total area. Planning a large back piece? Talk to us and we'll quote it directly.

Not sure? Enter your best guess. We'll check the proportions on your free proof before anything is made.

Any format works — JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, EPS, or just a photo of a sketch on paper. Bold shapes and letters work best, so simple clean artwork is ideal for chenille.

No file at all? Describe your idea in the notes when you order. Our designers will draw it for you — free, no extra step.

Rough or low-res is fine. We redraw and set up every design for chenille production at no charge, so you don't need production-ready artwork to get started.

You'll see exactly what we've made on your free proof before production begins — and we'll flag anything too fine or detailed to work in chenille.

Chenille Patches — Questions & Answers

Everything else you might want to know.

  • By size and quantity. A larger patch costs more to make, and the more you order, the lower your price per piece. Enter your width, height and quantity above and the price updates instantly — the figure shown is per piece.
  • 25 pieces per design. Volume pricing kicks in automatically as your quantity goes up, so a team or club order costs significantly less per patch.
  • Sew-on is the most durable and the industry standard for jackets, uniforms and anything worn hard — it's the safest default for chenille. Iron-on is the quickest for DIY application. Not sure? Pick sew-on.
  • About 10–12 business days after you approve your proof. Production only starts once you've given the go-ahead, so the clock begins at your approval — not at checkout. Working against a deadline? Tell us the date before you order and we'll confirm in writing.
  • Then we redraw it. Unlimited revisions, no extra cost — we don't move to production until you're genuinely happy with what you see.
  • We remake them, free. Every order is checked against your approved proof before it ships — but if something still doesn't match, you're covered.
