We don’t reproduce another club’s colors, insignia, 1% or MC marks, and for a new club we may ask for charter or chapter documentation before making a full three-piece set. Every design is handled with discretion.

Will the embroidery match our club colors exactly?
Yes. We match to your artwork and send you a photo of the real sample patch — not a digital mockup — so you confirm the exact colors before production. Your color codes stay on file for consistent reorders.
Can you match a reorder when a new member joins?
Yes. We keep your design and thread colors on record, so a new member’s cut matches the ones already on the road — same colors, same price, no new setup fee.
Iron-on or sew-on for a leather cut?
Sew-on, always. Heat damages leather and adhesive backing fails within weeks. All cut and back patches ship sew-on by default; hook-and-loop is available where you want to swap a patch.
Can you make a full three-piece set or a 12-inch back patch?
Yes. A full back patch or three-piece set is larger than the online configurator allows, so it routes to a patch specialist for a free direct quote — that way the sizing and layout are right for your vest’s back panel.
What size should our rockers and center patch be?
Center panels are usually about 10–12″ wide; rockers run about 10–12″ wide (11″ is a common sweet spot) and 2.5–3.5″ tall. Measure your vest back seam-to-seam and leave about half an inch of clearance — and we’ll confirm it on the proof.
What’s the minimum order? Do you charge setup fees?
The minimum is 10 pieces for online patches, and there are no setup or digitizing fees — the price you see is the price you pay. Full sets are quoted directly.
Do you reproduce other clubs’ patches?
No. We produce your club’s own original artwork only. We don’t reproduce another club’s colors, insignia, 1% or MC marks, and for a new club we may ask for charter documentation before making a full set. We handle every design with discretion.
How fast can you make a memorial patch?
Memorial patches are prioritized in production. Tell us your date and we’ll be honest about what we can meet — and handle it quietly and with respect.
How do officer and name patches work?
Rank rides separately from the back colors. Officer tabs (President, VP, Secretary, Sergeant at Arms, Road Captain and so on) and personal name / road-name patches go on the front of the cut, and we usually make an officer set together so the colors match.
