REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

THE SHORT VERSION

Every patch we make is custom-made to your design, so we cannot resell returned items. Custom orders are therefore not eligible for return or refund once production has started.

What protects you instead: you see and approve a photo of a real, physically stitched sample before we make the rest, you get unlimited free revisions until that sample is right, and you can cancel for a full refund at any point before you approve it.

CANCELLING BEFORE APPROVAL

You may cancel your order and receive a full refund at any time before you approve your sample, for any reason.

This includes simply changing your mind, or deciding after seeing revisions that the design isn't going to work. Email info@patchstore24.com and we will refund you in full to your original payment method within 5 business days.

AFTER APPROVAL

Once you approve your sample, production begins and the order can no longer be cancelled or refunded. Please check your sample carefully: the spelling, the colors, the size and the shape.

IF SOMETHING IS WRONG

The following are always covered, regardless of approval:

Your patches don't match the sample you approved. We remake your order free of charge. Email us with photos within 14 days of delivery.

Your order arrives damaged or defective. We replace the affected items free of charge. Email us with photos within 14 days of delivery.

You received the wrong items or the wrong quantity. We correct it free of charge.

We are late against a delivery date we confirmed to you in writing. Contact us and we will find a solution with you.

You do not need to return defective items unless we ask you to.

SAMPLE PACKS

Our $0.99 sample pack contains stock patches, not custom items, and can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Email us for a return address.
