Proof, not a mockup
See a photo of your real patch before we make a single one
Most shops show you a digital render. We make one physical sample, photograph it — ideally right next to your original — and you confirm the color and every detail before anything goes into production. Unlimited revisions until it’s right.
The color that leaves our shop is the color you approved.

We know your patch — and your symbols
Fire
Department shoulder patches, station and company patches, rank bugles. We reproduce your Maltese or Florian cross exactly as it is — we never “correct” your design.
Police & Sheriff
Shoulder patches in shield, oval or tombstone shapes, unit patches for K-9, SWAT and traffic — subdued, PVC and hook-and-loop for tactical teams.
EMS & Paramedic
Star of Life done right — the Rod of Asclepius, one snake, not a caduceus. Credential rockers for EMT, AEMT, Paramedic, Critical Care and Flight.
Match & reorder
Reproduce it once, then reorder it forever

What departments ask us
Straight answers
Will it match our existing patch?
Exactly — and you’ll see it first
Send a physical patch or photo. We match the thread colors and email you a photo of the real produced sample, ideally next to your original, before we run the order.
Will the next reorder look different?
No. Same specs, on file
We keep your thread colors and design specs on record and don’t change materials without asking. New recruits get patches identical to your first order.
Can you handle a PO and net terms?
Built for agency purchasing
We accept purchase orders and send quotes; net terms are available for verified agencies, and a W-9 and exemption certificates are handled on request.
Will it hold up on a duty uniform?
Made for the job
Polyester thread, merrowed border, sew-on backing for duty and station wear. Backed by our guarantee. (See our honest note on NFPA 1975 below.)
For chiefs, quartermasters & purchasing
Purchasing, the way agencies actually buy
Departments rarely pay by card. We work the way your purchasing office does — and volunteer companies and fundraising committees get what they need too.
Made only for the departments that earned them
Your patch represents your department’s authority and history. To protect it, we produce official department insignia only for authorized agencies and their members. Ordering from an official department email or with a PO? You’re already verified. Otherwise, we’ll ask for a quick confirmation from your chief or uniform officer — it takes about two minutes, and it keeps your patch where it belongs. Commemorative, morale and collector patches are always welcome.
Memorial & Line of Duty Death
Honoring your fallen
We’re sorry for your loss. Tell us about them, and we’ll take care of the details — name, unit or badge number, dates, and “End of Watch” or “Last Alarm.”
Mourning-band variants, a mirrored version for the right shoulder, priority in our production, and an honest delivery date. No countdowns, no discounts — just the patch, done right, when you need it.
An honest word on fire safety
Patches and NFPA 1975
Emblems and patches are not part of NFPA 1975 test requirements, and thick adhesive backings can melt. For station and work uniforms we recommend sew-on backing with no heat-seal adhesive. For turnout or wildland gear, follow your PPE manufacturer’s and department’s policy — we don’t make flame-resistance claims we can’t stand behind.

Custom first responder patch FAQ
Can you match our existing department patch exactly?
Yes. Send us a physical patch or a clear photo (a vector file is ideal). We match your thread colors and send you a photo of the real produced sample — ideally beside your original — so you can confirm it before production.
Will reorders for new recruits match our original patches?
Yes. We keep your thread colors and design specs on file and don’t change materials without asking. Every reorder comes out identical to your first, at the same per-piece price, with no new setup fee.
What is the minimum order? Does it apply to reorders?
The minimum is 10 pieces per design — and it applies to reorders too, so a small volunteer department can order just what it needs for new members. No setup or digitizing fees.
Do you accept purchase orders, net terms and tax-exempt certificates? Can you send a W-9?
Yes. We accept POs, provide an itemized quote, offer net terms for verified agencies, send a W-9 on request, and accept valid tax-exemption certificates. We can invoice your treasurer or finance office.
How long does production take, and can you rush memorial/LODD patches?
Your photo proof usually lands within 3–5 business days, and most orders ship within about two weeks of approval — we confirm your date in writing. Memorial and Line of Duty Death orders are prioritized; tell us your date and we’ll be honest about what we can meet.
Embroidered, woven or PVC — which is best?
Embroidered is the standard for shoulder and department patches. Woven holds finer detail for intricate seals and small text. PVC with hook-and-loop is the tactical choice for SWAT and plate carriers, usually in subdued colors.
Sew-on vs. hook-and-loop vs. heat-seal — what should we use?
For duty and station uniforms we recommend sew-on with no heat-seal adhesive. Hook-and-loop is for tactical gear and vests where patches get swapped. Patches are not part of NFPA 1975 testing, so we don’t recommend adhesive backings on station wear.
Why do you ask for department verification?
Official public-safety insignia are protected by law and by department regulations. We produce them only for authorized agencies and their members. An order from an official department email or with a PO is already verified; otherwise we ask for a quick confirmation from your chief or uniform officer. Commemorative, morale and collector patches don’t need it.
Can you make a mirrored patch for the right shoulder?
Yes. Many departments wear the patch on both shoulders, and some memorial and flag patches need a reversed version for the right sleeve. We produce mirrored versions on request.
