These terms govern your use of patchstore-24.com and any order you place with us. By placing an order you agree to them.

2. ORDERING
All products are made to order. When you place an order and pay, you are making an offer to buy. A contract comes into effect when we confirm your order by email.
We may decline an order. Reasons include artwork we cannot legally reproduce, technical limits, or a quantity or size we cannot produce. If we decline, you are refunded in full.
Minimum order quantities apply and are shown on each product page.
3. PRICING AND PAYMENT
Prices are shown in US dollars and calculated from the size and quantity you enter. Applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout.
Payment is taken in full at checkout, before production, because every item is made specifically for you.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a price is wrong on an order you have placed, we will contact you before producing anything and you may cancel for a full refund.
4. THE SAMPLE AND APPROVAL PROCESS
After you order, we produce one physical sample of your design, photograph it, and email you the photo. This takes 3 to 5 business days.
You may request changes as many times as you like at no charge. We produce and photograph a new sample after each round of changes.
Production of the remainder of your order begins only once you approve the sample in writing, by email or through the approval link we send you.
If you do not respond to a sample within 30 days, we will contact you again. If we receive no response within 60 days of the first sample, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, less our costs for the sample.
5. ARTWORK AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
You keep all rights in the artwork you supply.
By placing an order you confirm that you own the rights to the artwork, or have permission from the rights holder to have it reproduced. You agree to indemnify us against any claim arising from artwork you supply.
We will not knowingly reproduce trademarks, logos, copyrighted designs or protected insignia without evidence of permission, and may decline any order on those grounds.
Where our designers create or redraw artwork for you at no charge, you receive full rights to use that artwork for the patches we produce. We retain the right to show finished work in our portfolio and marketing unless you ask us in writing not to.
6. PRODUCTION TOLERANCES
Machine-embroidered and molded products carry small variations. The following are normal and not defects:
Dimensions may vary by up to 1/8 inch from the size ordered.
Thread and ink colors may vary slightly from what you see on screen, since screens render color differently. Your approved sample photograph is the reference.
Fine detail may render differently than in digital artwork, which is exactly why we produce a physical sample first.
7. DELIVERY
See our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates unless we have confirmed a specific date to you in writing.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
8. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
See our Refund Policy.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost opportunity, arising from a delay or defect.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
10. YOUR ACCOUNT
You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your password secure.
11. CHANGES
We may change these terms. The version in effect at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Disputes are subject to the courts of the State of Wyoming.
