How much do custom patches for business cost?
Pricing is all-in and shows instantly in the configurator based on size, type and quantity — with no setup or digitizing fees added later. Volume pricing kicks in automatically as your quantity grows, so the per-patch cost drops on bigger orders and reorders.
Do you match our exact brand / Pantone colors?
Yes. Send your logo and your color codes (Pantone / PMS is ideal, or we match from your artwork). Then we make a real sample and email you a photo so you can confirm the colors against your brand before we produce the order.
Can I see a sample before I order in bulk?
Always. Every order gets a free photo proof of the actual physical sample — not a digital mockup. And with a 10-piece minimum, you can run a small test batch before committing to a larger order.
Embroidered or woven — which is better for small text in my logo?
Woven patches hold finer detail and small lettering better than embroidery, because the threads are thinner. For a bold logo, embroidered is the classic, textured choice. Tell us your logo and we’ll recommend the right one.
Should I use patches or direct embroidery on our uniforms?
Patches are usually cheaper across a team, they move to any garment, and they stay perfectly consistent across reorders and new hires — where direct embroidery can drift between runs. For most businesses, patches are the more flexible, more consistent choice.
Will the patches survive industrial or frequent washing?
Yes. Our patches are embroidered on durable twill and, with sew-on backing, are made to hold up to regular, heavy washing on workwear. For anything that gets washed often, we recommend sew-on over iron-on.
How do reorders work when we hire new staff?
We keep your design file and color specs on record after your first order. When you hire, you reorder any quantity and get an identical patch at the same per-piece price, with no new setup fee — so a new hire’s uniform always matches the rest of the team.
