Sewn hook-and-loop, never glued · subdued & full-color · free photo proof before production
Built for crews like yours
The patch that says you were there
A morale patch isn't decoration. It's the mark that a squad, a shift or a team wears the same — the thing outsiders don't fully read and your people don't have to explain. We make yours, from your own design.
One design. The whole crew wearing it.
From 25 pieces up. Order for the unit, the team or the shift — volume pricing kicks in automatically as the count climbs.
Where they end up
Made for the kit you actually run
Sewn hook-and-loop, waterproof PVC or dense stitching — subdued or full color, matched from your artwork. Built to take dust, rain and range days.

See it before we make it
You won't get blindsided in front of your crew
Most shops send a screen mockup and hope the colors land. We make one real patch first, photograph it, and email you the photo. You approve the actual object — the real thread, the real edge, the real subdued green.
If anything's off, we redo it and send a new photo. Unlimited, no charge. Nothing else is produced until you say go.
Send your design
Upload your artwork or describe it — our designers draw it free.
Approve the real patch
Photo of your finished sample in 3–5 business days. Unlimited revisions.
We make the run
Production starts the moment you approve, not before.
Wear it
At your door about 10–12 business days later. Free shipping over $275.
The details that matter
The price you see is the price you pay
If you've priced custom patches before, you know the trap: a low headline price, then a mold fee, a setup fee, a sample charge. Not here. One all-in price, from 25 pieces.
Which type for your patch?
Three materials cover almost every morale and unit patch. Price any of them instantly.
3D Rubber / PVC
The morale-patch classic. Raised, molded, fully waterproof, tough enough for daily carry — and no mold fee.

2D Rubber / PVC
Flat PVC, clean sharp edges, low profile. The durability of rubber without the raised relief — good under straps.

Embroidered
The traditional look for unit patches, name tapes and rank tapes. Classic stitched texture, merrowed edge.
Price it instantly →What crews tell us
The PVC molding is razor sharp — every detail came through. Subdued colors, solid velcro backing, and it's held up through every range day.
Sent them my design, got back a perfect PVC patch. The glow-in-the-dark effect is unreal — exact match to my mockup.
Whole squad's repping these now. They velcro right on, survived all the mud, and look sick on the jerseys.
Memorial & tribute patches
For the ones who aren't here to wear it
Memorial, deployment and retirement patches carry more than a design, and we treat them that way. We'll get the insignia, the colors and the spelling right, and we'll hold the date you give us.
Working to a service or a reunion? Tell us the date and we'll confirm in writing whether we can meet it.
Ordering for the whole unit?
Volume pricing kicks in automatically as your quantity climbs — the per-patch price drops at 50, 100 and 250 pieces, with no setup fee at any tier. For resellers and group buys we offer trade pricing and blind shipping. One person orders, everything ships together.
Custom morale patch FAQ
What's the minimum order?
25 pieces per design — well below the 50 to 250 most shops require. Volume pricing is automatic: the per-patch cost falls as you move up through 50, 100 and 250 pieces. Enter your size and quantity in the configurator to see the exact per-piece price.
Do you charge setup, digitizing or mold fees?
No. There are no setup fees, no digitizing fees, and no mold fees — not even for PVC, where a per-design mold charge is standard almost everywhere else. The price you see in the configurator is your all-in price.
Can I see it before you make the whole run?
Yes — that's the point. We make one real patch, photograph it, and email you the photo before anything else is produced. If a color or detail is off, we redo it and send a new photo, unlimited times at no charge. Nothing goes into production until you approve.
Can you match subdued, OD, coyote or multicam colors?
Yes. Subdued and low-vis palettes — ranger green, OD, coyote, tan, black — are the most common request and we match them from your artwork. Glow-in-the-dark elements can be built in too. Tell us what you need when you order.
Is your velcro sewn or glued?
When you choose hook-and-loop backing, we sew it on — we never glue it. Glued velcro is the most common failure on cheap patches; it lifts and falls off after a few weeks. Sewn hook-and-loop stays put through hard wear. You can add hook, or hook and loop together, when you configure your patch.
Can our whole unit order together, and can you do official insignia?
Yes to the group order — one person places it for everyone, volume pricing applies automatically, and it all ships together. On insignia: we produce your crew's own approved artwork. We don't reproduce official insignia, earned tabs or another unit's emblem, and orders for official uniform insignia should come from the authorized person.
How long does it take?
After you order, we send a photo of your real sample patch within 3 to 5 business days. Once you approve it, the rest of your order ships about 10 to 12 business days later. Working to a deployment date or an event? Tell us before you order and we'll confirm in writing whether we can meet it.
