Do you match our exact school colors?
Yes — that’s the whole point. Tell us your school colors (a Pantone code is ideal, but your artwork works too) and we match them. Then we make one real patch and email you a photo so you can confirm the color before we produce anything. No more “navy that comes out looking black.”
Will I see a proof before you make my patches?
Always. Every order gets a free photo proof of the actual, physically made sample — not just a screen mockup. If a color, size or detail is off, we remake and re-photograph it, free, as many times as needed. Nothing goes into production until you approve in writing.
How long does it take? Can I get it before Homecoming, Senior Night or Graduation?
Your photo proof usually lands within 3–5 business days, and the rest of your order is produced after you approve it. Because these patches are tied to a fixed date, tell us your event when you order — we’ll confirm your delivery date in writing before you commit, so nothing arrives the Monday after a Saturday event.
Do you charge setup or digitizing fees? What’s the minimum order?
No setup fees and no digitizing fees — the price you see in the configurator is the price you pay. The minimum is 10 pieces per design, which one full jacket build (letter + sport + year + name + awards) reaches on its own. Volume pricing kicks in automatically as the quantity grows.
Sew-on or iron-on — what’s best for a wool letterman jacket?
For a wool-and-leather letterman jacket we recommend sew-on. Chenille is heavy, and wool bodies and leather sleeves don’t take a hot iron well — an iron-on bond tends to lift after a few wears. Iron-on is a fine choice for lighter items like hoodies, bags and homecoming mums. You choose your backing right in the configurator.
Can you make Greek / sorority & fraternity letters?
Yes — chenille Greek letters for the classic fuzzy varsity look, or stitched tackle-twill letters. They’re popular for line jackets, Big/Little reveals and Probate/Crossing season. We produce your chapter’s letters from your artwork for members’ own jackets.
Can I order just a few, or do you handle full teams and Greek line orders?
Both. A parent can order a single jacket’s worth of patches, and a coach, booster club, athletic department or Greek chapter can order for the whole group in one go — one person places it, everyone gets consistent colors and placement, and it ships together. Ask us about group pricing and PO / invoice.
