3D rubber patches are molded from soft, durable PVC, with your design raised in real, dimensional relief you can feel with your fingertips. They're tough, fully waterproof, and built to take a beating — the go-to for tactical, outdoor and workwear use.
Best for: bold logos, emblems and crests, layered 3D depth, tactical and morale patches, gear that gets wet, dirty or worn hard outdoors.
Not the right pick for: photographic images, fine gradients or dozens of subtle color blends. PVC works in defined color layers — if your design is a photo or blends tones, printed is the better choice.
Care: fully waterproof and wipe-clean. Rubber patches shrug off rain, sweat, mud and UV without fading, cracking or peeling.

Going small? Molded rubber holds bold shapes and clean edges well, but very fine detail needs a little room to raise cleanly. If your design is intricate at a small size, we'll tell you on your proof.
Detail rule of thumb: raised rubber loves strong, defined shapes and lettering. Hairline lines and tiny text can lose definition when molded — keep key elements bold and we'll flag anything too fine.
